Yes. The free plan includes 5 scan queries, daily AI-scored scans, the lead digest email and AI reply drafting — no credit card required. It is a real plan, not a trial.
How do I upgrade?
Online checkout is coming soon. Until then, email info@reddiscout.com from your account address and we set your plan up manually — usually within a day.
What is a scan query?
One saved search: a set of subreddits plus your own AI criteria describing what a good lead looks like. Each query gets its own lead inbox. More queries means monitoring more products, competitors or angles in parallel.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Downgrading just lowers your query cap — existing queries above the cap are kept but paused, never deleted.
Do you post or DM on my behalf?
No. RedditScout drafts replies and DMs for you to review, edit and send from your own Reddit account. Automated posting gets accounts banned; we will not do it.
